Your role as a Behavioural Support Assistant will incorporate working in mainstream lessons supporting the pupils, preparing resources for identified pupils and working closely with them in a classroom setting. The main job role will be to support and improve behaviour, increase engagement levels of the pupils and form strong bonds by providing tailored care and acting as a role model.
What Teaching Personnel can offer you:
- Daily, weekly and term long roles
- A two way diary which allows you to block dates you can’t work
