Have you got an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or similar? Do you have experience in working with pupils who are not in mainstream education? Perhaps you've worked as a crisis intervention worker or similar? If your answer is yes and you are interested in working with pupils to support their emotional and mental welfare, please read on!
Teaching Personnel is one of the leading education agency and proud to be the first choice supplier for hundreds of schools nationally. We are seeking enthusiastic and engaging staff to work with SEN schools and alternative provisions in Plymouth.
The successful candidates will need to:
* Have a full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle daily.
* Have some experience of working with people as a youth worker/ support worker/ carer or crisis intervention worker.
* Use their own initiative yet be able to be an effective team member.
* Be empathetic and understanding in their support and guidance for parents, pupils and staff.
* Care about pupil learning and emotional and mental health.
