Job description

A Burnley based School which caters for pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and Challenging Behaviours are looking to appoint a Support Worker to assist pupils who display challenging behaviours and often struggle academically. The School are looking to appoint a hard working, experienced and empathetic Teaching Assistant with SEMH/Autism experience and a passion for working with pupils who are often disengaged in education.

The School is seeking a Teaching Assistant/Support Worker who is looking for a long term, permanent role with a forward thinking behavioural unit. The School are looking for a full time member of staff who is experienced and confident when working with pupils who display challenging behaviours.

The candidate must be:

Hard working

Enthusiastic

A Team Player

SEN/Behaviour experienced

Looking for a long term role

The School are looking to appoint a candidate within the next few weeks and if you are not already Team Teach trained they are more than happy to put you through training.
