The Role – Youth Support Worker (Newport Secondary School)

In this role, you will:

• Support students within a secondary school environment
• Help young people overcome learning and behavioural barriers
• Build positive, trusted relationships with pupils
• Work alongside teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams
• Promote confidence, resilience, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

Candidates from retail, care, hospitality, customer service, youth work, sports coaching, or any role involving people skills are encouraged to apply — your transferable skills are highly valued.
