• Planning creative lessons and preparing teaching materials
• Providing a safe and healthy learning environment
• Keeping records of progress, providing feedback
• Encouraging pupils to be independent and reflective
• High expectation of children's behaviour and being able to manage it
• Communicating with parents on regular basis about pupil progress
• Other requirements like after-school clubs, teaching meetings, and parent evenings
