A diverse, strongly lead primary school in Halifax are seeking a qualified Key Stage 2 Teacher. “This is a very harmonious community where pupils are very keen to learn.” Ofsted 2013. The school prides itself on its ethos of ‘Together, we can all reach the stars’. The pupils enter school at low levels but by the end Key Stage 1 are working at or above the national average. For the majority of pupils, English is not their first language and the schools has forged excellent relationships with the wider community. The role will commence on the 8th January 2018, candidates with a range of experiences are encouraged to apply.
