Highly experienced teaching assistant needed for primary school in Sunderland

  • Classroom support across Key Stage 1
  • Part time, long term role potentially leading to full time

A Teaching Personnel partner school is looking to recruit an experienced Level 3 teaching assistant to support classes across Key Stage 1. The role is due to start in January and will initially be part time with a full time role likely to start at Easter. The school have requested a qualified Level 3 teaching assistant who has extensive experience working across Key Stage 1 and a 'can do' attitude so a newly qualified TA need not apply. The school has been rated 'Good' by Ofsted and has an ambitious Head Teacher who is striving to raise standards across the school. Pupils achieve well in all areas and you will be expected to be pro active and identify pupils who require additional support.

- Be a qualified Level 3 teaching assistant

- Have extensive experience of working across KS1
