Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a client school to recruit a TA in the Bacup area (OL13). This role will be based in the school’s lovely Year 1 class, starting on Tuesday 5th September 2023 and running until the end of academic year.
• £77-£90 per day
• ‘GOOD’ school
Previous experience working with primary aged children and knowledge of the KS1 curriculum is essential to be considered for this position. This 2 form entry school are looking for a general TA to support learning in the classroom across all activities and may include smaller group sessions of around 4-5 pupils. This could be to focus on a specific subject such as Maths or English.
The successfulcandidate must:
- Have recent experience working within education.
- Have a Level 2 or above qualification in eduction.
- Have some prior knowledge of Phonics and how to deliver a successful phonics session.
- Possess a firm understanding of the Key Stage 1 Curriculum.

This ‘GOOD’ school are looking for an enthusiastic and committed TA to join their KS1 team on a full time basis.
