Year 1 teacher required for Catholic Primary School in Salford (M7)

We are currently working with a Roman Catholic Primary School in Salford (M7) that are recruiting for a new Year 1 Teacher to start in January on a permanent basis.
The Salford school in one form entry that has a key focus on the local community and working closely with families.
The Headteacher is looking for a Year 1 Teacher to start in January. The school Salford school are looking for a teacher with experience of Teaching in Key Stage One on placement or in a recent role, and who will come with a sound knowledge of the National Curriculum at this level. The Salford school encourage both fully qualified and Newly Qualified Teachers and will fully support the candidate in terms of NQT Induction.
Experience of working with various phonics schemes, leading small groups and planning for Teaching Assistants would be important. The school will offer all the support needed. CPD will be fully encouraged to develop identified areas. Personality is key at this school, the Head looks for teachers with a warm, caring and nurturing personality.
This is a Catholic School, so being a practising Catholic or holding the Catholic Certificate in Religious Studies will be of benefit or at least you must be committed to supporting the ethos of their faith.
