***Teaching Assistant in a Welsh Medium School***
**Caerphilly**
**Salary - £1080-£1200**
**To start in January 2019**
Are you a fluent welsh speaker?
Are you looking to get into education or are looking for a change of schools?
Teaching Personnel are looking for a welsh speaking teaching assistants to work in one of our client schools in the Caerphilly area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for making a life long difference to the pupils' development and progression in learning. The successful candidate will be working in the Nursery class from January 2019 for two terms initially. No prior experience is needed just the drive and commitment to the role.
Applicants must:
- Have the legal right to work in the UK
- Hold a Child Workforce Only DBS registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one - full assistance provided)
- Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (compulsory requirement in Wales) - please note that if you are living in England, you can still register with the EWC which will give you the opportunity to work on both sides of the border
- Provide at least two professional or character references
- Be available to interview and/or trial asap
- Be available to start on short notice
