Location: NP4
Contract Type: Full Time / Part Time
Pay: £89.38 per day
Start Date: ASAP or January

Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join primary schools in the NP4 area as Unqualified Teaching Assistants. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to begin a rewarding career in education, even if you have no school experience yet.

⭐ About the Role

As an Unqualified Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils during lessons, classroom activities and small group work.
  • Provide encouragement and guidance to help children stay engaged and succeed.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff who will help you develop your practice.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils and become a valued part of the school community.
  • Help create a warm, inclusive and structured learning environment.

This role gives you hands-on experience and a foundation to progress into SEN support, HLTA roles or even teacher training.

  • New to education but passionate about working with children.

Requirements:

  • Experience with children (school, coaching, youth work, childcare or personal experience) is helpful but not essential.
  • A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
