Unqualified Secondary Teaching Assistant | Full-Time | Tonypandy (CF40)
£89.38 per day (£13.75 per hour)

No formal qualifications? No problem — we value your attitude and willingness to learn over certificates.
About the Role:
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will:
- Support pupils aged 11–16, including those with SEN such as Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs
- Work closely with teachers to manage challenging behaviour in and out of the classroom
- Provide 1:1 or small group support, helping students engage with learning and develop key skills
- Promote positive behaviour strategies and help pupils with emotional regulation
Who Should Apply?
This role is perfect if you:
- Have patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
- Have experience in care, youth work, behaviour support, mentoring, or similar fields
- Want to gain valuable experience in education with a clear pathway for development
✅ Requirements (We’ll Support You):
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
- Two references covering the last 2 years
