What We’re Looking For:

Secondary school experience (preferred) or transferable skills working with young people
-
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)

Registration with the EWC (or willingness to apply)

Flexibility to travel across RCT to support schools when needed
-
Confident, proactive, and passionate about helping young people thrive
The Role:
As a Secondary TA with Teaching Personnel, you’ll support students in class, 1:1 or in small groups – helping with learning, engagement, and behaviour. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive learning environment and supporting teachers with lesson delivery.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
