  • Behaviour mentoring or SEMH environments
  • Youth work, outreach or community support

We also welcome graduates who have real experience working with young people, whether through placements, volunteering or paid roles.

Essential Skills & Qualities

  • Ability to remain calm and consistent in challenging situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience, patience and emotional awareness
  • Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional needs
  • Proactive and positive approach
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience supporting SEMH or Autism
  • Knowledge of behaviour management strategies
  • Team Teach or de-escalation training
  • Experience working with vulnerable or disengaged young people

What You Will Receive

  • Long-term opportunity within a supportive school
  • Access to CPD including behaviour, SEN and safeguarding training
  • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant
  • Opportunities for permanent roles
  • A meaningful role where your work directly impacts pupil outcomes
