Job Duties:
- Provide academic support and instruction to students in one-on-one or small group settings
- Develop individualised lesson plans based on student needs and curriculum requirements
- Assess student learning progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders about student progress
- Stay updated on educational best practises and subject matter knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- A relevant degree in Education or related field
- Teaching qualification such as PGCE or QTS
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of educational principles and learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to individual student needs
- Organisational and time management skills

- Additional certifications in specific subject areas
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, with flexibility in scheduling
- Work primarily in educational settings such as schools or tutoring centres
- May require travel to student homes or other locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
