Job description

Make a Difference Through Education

TP Tutors is looking for passionate and reliable tutors in Christchurch to support young people with Special Educational Needs through high-quality Maths and English tuition.

If you have experience supporting children or young people and want a role where you can have a lasting impact, we would love to hear from you.

Role: SEN Tutor (Opportunities for SEND Specialists)
Location: Christchurch and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible – Part-Time or Full-Time

Your Responsibilities

Plan and deliver personalised tuition sessions that meet individual needs
Support learners with additional needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
Build a positive and consistent learning environment
Provide sessions in home or community-based settings
Encourage students to grow in confidence and achieve their goals

Requirements

Experience working with SEN/SEND learners
Ability to support Maths and/or English learning
Based in Christchurch or able to commute locally
Patient, flexible, and understanding approach
Knowledge of safeguarding and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
