Job description

Make Learning Accessible – SEN Tutor Roles in Blandford Forum

TP Tutors is seeking dedicated tutors in Blandford Forum to provide high-quality, personalised education for students with Special Educational Needs.

Join a supportive network and help learners achieve success in a way that works for them.

Location: Blandford Forum and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time or Full-Time)
Role: SEN Tutor

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, tailored lessons in Maths and/or English
  • Support learners with diverse needs, including SEMH and autism
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit each student’s learning style
  • Create a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
  • Encourage both academic progress and personal growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
  • Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons
  • Local to Blandford Forum or able to commute
  • Patient, reliable, and empathetic approach
  • Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practices

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
