Specialist Tutors Needed – Poole Area

TP Tutors is seeking motivated and caring tutors in Poole to support students with additional learning needs through high-quality, personalised tuition.

If you’re looking for flexible work where you can genuinely impact a student’s progress, this could be the perfect fit.

Location: Poole
Hours: Flexible (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Role: SEN Tutor

About the Role

Provide one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths and/or English
Support students with a range of needs, including autism and SEMH
Tailor sessions to suit different learning styles and abilities
Deliver sessions in safe, supportive environments outside of mainstream classrooms
Encourage both academic growth and personal development

Who You Are

Experienced in working with children or young people with SEND
Confident delivering engaging lessons
Based in or near Poole
Reliable, empathetic, and flexible
Knowledgeable about safeguarding and inclusive teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
