SEN Tutor Role – Poole

TP Tutors is recruiting motivated SEN Tutors in Poole to provide high-quality one-to-one tuition for students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible – part-time and full-time roles available

Your Role
You’ll play a vital part in supporting students to re-engage with education and develop essential skills in a way that works for them.

  • Deliver tailored, engaging tuition sessions
  • Support students with needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Build confidence, resilience, and independence
  • Adjust teaching methods to suit varying abilities and learning styles
  • Provide tuition in home or community-based environments

About You

  • Experience supporting children or young people
  • Strong communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Calm, patient, and flexible approach
  • Willingness to travel within Poole and surrounding areas
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
