TP Tutors is currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Poole to provide tailored, individual learning support for students who benefit from a more personalised approach.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Working Pattern: Flexible (part-time or full-time available)

Your Role

You’ll help students re-engage with learning and build the skills they need for the future.

  • Plan and deliver engaging, customised tuition sessions
  • Support learners with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and a positive mindset
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students
  • Deliver sessions in homes or appropriate local environments

What You’ll Need

  • Experience supporting young people (education, care, or similar roles)
  • Good knowledge of English and maths fundamentals
  • Willingness to travel across Poole and surrounding areas
  • Calm, flexible, and empathetic approach
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
