TP Tutors is currently recruiting SEN Tutors in Poole to provide tailored, one-to-one education for students who need a more personalised path.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole & surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible opportunities available

What You’ll Do
This role is about more than teaching—it’s about rebuilding confidence and helping students believe in their abilities again.

  • Deliver customised lessons designed around each student
  • Support young people with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
  • Foster trust, motivation, and engagement
  • Adapt teaching strategies to suit individual learning styles
  • Provide sessions in home or community-based environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
