Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant - Luton
No Experience? No Problem. Your Personality is Your Best Qualification!
Are you looking for a career that actually matters? Do you have a big heart, a lot of patience, and a natural gift for connecting with people? If you’re tired of the 9-to-5 grind and want a role that leaves you feeling proud at the end of the day, we want to meet you!
We are looking for fresh, enthusiastic talent to join our partner schools in Luton and Bedfordshire. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you won’t just be staff—you’ll be a mentor, a role model, and a hero to students who need that extra bit of support to reach their full potential.
Why You’re Already Qualified
You don't need a degree in education to start. We are looking for "people people." If you have experience in any of these areas, you already have the magic ingredients we need:
- Care and Support Work (You know how to put others first)
- Retail or Hospitality (You’re great with people and stay calm under pressure)
- Coaching, Youth Work, or Parenting (You know how to lead and inspire)
- Military or Emergency Services (You’re reliable and adaptable)
Why This is the Best Move You’ll Make
- Great Pay: Earn £90 – £130 per day while you learn on the job.
- The Perfect Schedule: Monday to Friday (approx. 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM). No weekends, no late nights, and no bank holidays!
- Real Purpose: You’ll go home every day knowing you changed a child's life.
- Fast-Track Growth: Start as a temp and move into a permanent school contract quickly.
- Work Locally: Forget the long commute—we have roles right here in Luton.
All We Need From You
- A genuine heart for helping children thrive.
- High energy and a "can-do" attitude in the classroom.
- A valid DBS on the update service or the willingness to let us help you get one.
Important Note: Applicants must be UK residents. Recent arrivals will need a police check from their previous country of residence.
