Due to an unplanned absence occurring over the month of November, our partner school in Preston have a temporary need for a KS1 teacher starting in mid- November. This is a full time supply position, requiring a KS1 teacher with a commitment to high standards of teaching and taking part in full teaching responsibilities. The successful KS1 teacher applying for this position will need to be available for a start date on the 6th November; the role will consist of teaching across the KS1 Curriculum; the year group is not yet known.
- KS1 teacher position on a long term supply basis
- Full time within a supportive department and senior leadership team
- Initially to cover a period of absence until February half term
- Well regarded primary school with most recent 'Good' Ofsted
- Supply position to cover absence, 5 days per week
- Pay rate to match your experience (up to £130 per day)
Situated in a multi cultural area of Preston and is just 10 minutes from the motorway, this is a larger than average primary school with a growing reputation. As a KS1 teacher working on supply, you will be expected to deliver all Curriculum lessons to a high standard for pupils in your class. Full support daily will be given by the Head KS1 and fellow teachers, this is initially to cover an absence but could be a great introduction in to a good Ofsted graded school operating in a trust of Preston schools.
