Teaching Personnel work closely with a behavioural unit based in the Blackburn area which caters for KS3/4 pupils who have SEMH Difficulties, Autism and particularly challenging behaviours. The School are seeking a candidate who holds their Team Teach qualification as pupils in School will often display challenging behaviours.
The role will be full time from September and you will be expected to provide one voluntary day in School before the role starts so they can ascertain your suitability for the role. You will be expected to provide education and support to pupils who can display challenging behaviours and you MUST have your Team Teach qualification OR be willing to complete your Team Teach training over summer.
The candidate must be hard working, have experience working with children or adults who display challenging behaviours, be available for a full time role in September and have a strong work ethic and be seeking a long term if not permanent role.
The successful candidate will benefit from:
- negotiable pay rates £54 - 60 per day

- rewarding position supporting pupils with SEMH Difficulties
