An Ofsted graded 'Good' mainstream, secondary school in the Newbury area are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The school has retained it's status as an Ofsted 'Good' graded school- one notable comment from their 2017 report being that 'Pupils make good progress and achieve results above their peers nationally.'
The school are looking for someone to help support class work but also to assistant in intervention and work 1:1 with pupils.
Requirements:
- Ability to support the classroom teacher
- High expectations for all students and a willingness to help them succeed
- Willingness to work 1:1 with pupils
