Teaching Personnel are currently supporting numerous specialist schools across Wakefield which have specialist 'Hubs' for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

If you are a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children with a variety of complex needs, then we would like to hear from you!

Our client schools often require Teaching Assistants for both general cover and 1:1 SEN support at short notice. We require enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join our friendly team of educational professionals, who can provide emergency cover, often at the last minute.

Roles range for day to day cover, as well as longer term positions and permanent vacancies for the right candidates.

Working with Teaching Personnel brings something different every day. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will find yourself either providing much needed support within specialist 'Hubs' or on a 1:1 basis with specific individuals. Our client schools are seeking SEN Teaching Assistants with experience supporting children with Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLNC).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
