SEN Teaching Assistant – Sheffield Schools

Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Teaching Personnel is recruiting caring and resilient individuals to work as SEN Teaching Assistants across primary, secondary, and specialist schools in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while developing your skills in a supportive school environment.
The Role:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support pupils with a range of additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties)

Work one-to-one or in small groups
-
Assist with learning activities and lesson delivery
-
Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation
-
Follow EHCPs and individual support plans
-
Promote independence and confidence
-
Uphold safeguarding standards at all times
Full training and ongoing support will be provided by Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
