Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for schools in Luton who require enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants. Our schools are looking for Teaching Assistants who has experience working with children with statements of special educational needs for autism.
We are looking for staff who are able to work on a flexible day-to-day basis to provide cover when the school need it.
This is a great opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is looking for a rewarding opportunity working with pupils that require additional learning support. The ideal candidate would be…
- A SEN TA or Learning Mentor used to working with children with barriers to learning
- A confident classroom practitioner able to support lessons in a creative and inspiring manner
- Used to finding creative and interactive solutions
- Encouraging participation in lessons
- Happy to work on a 1-2-1 or small group basis
- Able to provide support to teaching staff
- A friendly, professional and dedicated Teaching Assistant or Learning Mentor
- Able to provide recent, relevant education references
