Teaching Personnel are working alongside a mainstream secondary school to source a Behaviour Mentor for a 1:1 role. The role will entail working 1-2-1 with a pupil in KS3. This is a full time role, and will be commencing from mid-September through to Easter initially.
The school, which is based in the Wembley area – are part of a large Multi Academy Trust, with schools across the south area of the country.
Behaviour Teaching Assistant role – Wembley – September 2021 – GBP70 - GBP110 per day.
The role will involve:
- Supporting a pupil in KS3 - managing behaviour and supporting their learning.
- Work alongside the KS3 team to plan and prepare engaging, enjoyable sessions for the student and potentially other learners.
- Firm but fair behaviour management skills
This teaching assistant roles is full time, 5 days week and will be due to start in September 2021.
To be considered for the Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Wembley, you must;
- Have previous experience working in a secondary school setting (not essential).
- Be a team player - this role requires someone who works well with teachers, pupils and parents
- Demonstrate commitment, dedication and resilience in your previous childcare work
- have an ability to manage sometimes challenging behaviour
- Ideally you will be local to Wembley area.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
