Are you an experienced or aspiring Teaching Assistant?
Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to fill a role with an immediate start on a part time or full time basis in the Andover area.
You will be a part of a fully supportive team in a thriving primary school which prides itself on the ability to make learning fun and engaging for all pupils.
Duties of the role will include but may not be limited to:
- Aiding the teacher with the day to day running of the classroom
- Manage any challenging behaviour in a positive and effective manner
- Be able to inspire and guide all pupils to follow the values and vision of the school
- May involve some 1:1 work with pupils
The ideal candidate would have experience in either KS1 or KS2, hold a teaching assistant or childcare qualifications (level 2/3) and be able to tackle all challenges with a positive and efficient manner. We will also accept applications from individuals with experience in ther personal life or from working as a support worker, healthcare assistant or social worker for example.
