Teaching Personnel are working with a Special School based in Worthing that cater for students with Special Educational and Complex Learning Needs including PMLD, SLD, MLD and ASC.
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and caring team player to join the School’s already highly experienced supportive staff. All staff have opportunities for professional development and everyone’s contributions are valued.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
• Are caring and understanding of children’s needs
• Have high expectations of children’s behaviour and attainment
• Are very well organised & efficient
• Are able to work as part of a team
• Have experience of directly working with children with SEN
