Role Overview:

- Position: Learning Support Assistant

- Location: Tilehurst, Reading

- Salary: Starting at over £83 per day

- Hours: Flexible, full-time or part-time options available

Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with special educational needs or learning difficulties

- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies

- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments

- Adapt and differentiate classroom activities to meet the diverse needs of students across all year groups

Requirements:

- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support students' learning and development

- Flexibility and willingness to work across all year groups

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is desirable but not essential
