Role Overview:

- Position: Learning Support Assistant

- Location: Newbury

- Salary: Starting at over £83 per day

- Hours: Flexible, with both full-time and part-time positions available

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide tailored support to students with a range of learning needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

- Collaborate closely with teachers and educational professionals to implement personalized learning plans and interventions

- Foster a sense of belonging and self-confidence in students through positive reinforcement and encouragement

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
