Job Title: Teaching Assistants for Primary Schools in Reading

Location:Reading, UK

Salary: Starting at £83 per day, dependent on experience

Job Type:Full-time, Part-time

Responsibilities:

- Assist teachers in delivering high-quality education across various subjects and key stages.
- Provide support to students with diverse learning needs, helping them achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and personal development.
- Offer extension and enrichment activities to challenge and inspire students to excel beyond their expectations.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging lesson plans and activities tailored to individual student needs.
- Promote positive behavior management techniques and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.

Requirements:

- Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine passion for education and working with children.
- Ability to engage and motivate students, encouraging them to strive for excellence.
- Flexibility to work across different key stages and adapt teaching strategies to suit varying learning styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (if not already on the update service) and provide satisfactory references.
