Job description

Job Title: Day-to-Day Supply Teaching Assistant

Location: Maidenhead, United Kingdom

Are you passionate about education and looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Day-to-Day Supply Teaching Assistants in Maidenhead. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in various schools across Maidenhead on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers with daily tasks and activities.
  • Support students with their learning, providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Follow school policies and procedures.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and teaching styles.
  • Foster a safe and supportive atmosphere for students.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and environments.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards education and supporting students.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
