Teaching Assistant
Job description
Salary:
£83 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their learning and development
- Assisting teachers in implementing individual education plans for students with SEN
- Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN in the classroom
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assisting with behaviour management and providing pastoral care to students
Experience and Skills:
- Understanding of Special Educational Needs and disabilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques
- Good organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Additional training in SEN support (preferred)
Working Conditions:
- Work within a school setting
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (part-time considered)
- Potential for additional training and professional development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
