Experienced Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant – Lymington
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to support KS2 pupils in a vibrant primary school setting? Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming school in Lymington seeking a dedicated Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This full-time role offers the opportunity to support both pupils and teachers, with a particular focus on helping students prepare for their SATs. You’ll be an integral part of the classroom, assisting with learning activities, providing targeted support, and helping create a positive and focused environment during this important stage of the school year.

Focus: Supporting classroom learning and SATs preparation
We are looking for someone who:

Has solid experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils

Understands the demands of SATs and how best to support students and teachers during this period

Can work closely with teaching staff to deliver focused support and interventions
-
Is patient, reliable, and adaptable with strong communication skills
-
Has a genuine passion for helping children succeed and build confidence

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
