Location: Lymington | Role: Full-Time | Start Date: September 2025

Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive and welcoming school? Teaching Personnel is currently working with a lovely primary school in the Lymington area who are seeking a passionate and proactive TA to join their team this September.

This is a full-time role where you’ll be supporting learning both in the classroom and on a 1:1 basis. Each day will bring variety – from assisting the class teacher with group activities to delivering focused, individual support to pupils who need a little extra help to reach their full potential.

What you can expect from the role:

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons

• Working 1:1 with a pupil to provide tailored learning and emotional support

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Supporting literacy, numeracy and social development through fun and structured activities

• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience working in Key Stage 1 (essential)

• Is confident supporting children with varying learning needs

• Brings energy, patience, and a nurturing approach to every day

• Can work effectively as part of a team and independently

• Holds a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
