Teaching Assistant Required – SEN School, Wiltshire – Immediate Start
We are seeking caring, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school in Wiltshire on a full-time basis.
The school caters for pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, and behavioural challenges. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people who require additional guidance to achieve their potential both academically and personally.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students in lessons and around the school environment
- Assisting pupils with their learning and social development
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff
- Building positive relationships with students to support their individual needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Experience within SEN, SEMH, ASC or behavioural settings would be advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, adaptable and resilient approach
- A genuine passion for supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
