We are a specialist education setting based in Salisbury, supporting children and young people with Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), ADHD and associated additional learning needs to thrive both academically and personally.

The role will involve:
- Supporting pupils throughout the school day both inside and outside the classroom
- Building positive and consistent relationships with young people
- Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies
- Encouraging engagement in learning, social development and independence
- Working closely with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams to meet individual needs
- Supporting pupils during activities, enrichment sessions and educational visits
- Helping to create a calm, safe and positive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
