Teaching Assistant Opportunity – Flexible Hours Available!
Location: Various Schools Across the Area
Agency: Teaching Personnel
Hours: Part-time or Full-time Options

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across a range of primary and secondary schools.

Whether you're seeking part-time flexibility or a full-time position, we have roles to suit your lifestyle and experience level.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons

  • Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning

  • Assist with classroom management and preparation of learning materials

  • Help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs (where required)

About You:

  • Friendly, patient, and committed to making a difference

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience working with children is ideal but not essential

  • Willingness to learn and get involved in school life

  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
