A school in Chertsey are looking for a teaching assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be required to work 1:1 with a child with SEN, who needs extra support within the classroom and in the schools specialised SEN unit. The school caters for mainstream pupils aged 4 to 11 and also children who have additional needs such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Condition and Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities.
The school is committed to providing a safe, secure and healthy environment for all our learners and staff and is looking for someone who will share their values and work positively to make a difference to school life. They were graded 'good' by Ofsted in their most recent inspection with 'outstanding' in personal development, behaviour and welfare.
The successful candidate will:

- Make a difference and enhance learning for pupils
- Understand and acknowledge the school's values
Experience in a school or care setting is required - and a basic understanding of either:
