The Role

As a Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified), you will:

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
• Keep lessons running smoothly in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintain positive behaviour using school policies and routines
• Build an inclusive, focused learning environment
• Support students with additional or special educational needs
• Engage learners across a variety of subjects and abilities

This is an excellent role for individuals wanting hands‑on experience before progressing into teaching, PGCE routes or school‑based training.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with secondary‑aged young people (sports coaching, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, classroom support etc.)
• Are confident and adaptable in a lively school environment
• Can support learners with SEN or additional needs
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with students
• Are enthusiastic, proactive and passionate about helping young people succeed
• Are exploring a long‑term career in teaching or education
