The Role

As a Teacher (qualified or unqualified), you will:

• Deliver engaging, pre‑planned lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
• Maintain a calm, structured and focused learning environment
• Support behaviour management within school guidelines
• Adapt to different subjects and classroom settings
• Provide additional support to students with SEN or additional needs
• Build positive, professional relationships with students

This role offers genuine insight into secondary teaching and a pathway into future teacher training.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who:

• Have experience working with secondary‑aged students (tutoring, youth work, mentoring, coaching, classroom support etc.)
• Are confident, adaptable, and resilient in a classroom environment
• Can support students with a range of learning needs
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport
• Are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed
• Want to develop a long‑term career in education

Graduates from any degree background, unqualified teachers and qualified teachers are all encouraged to apply.
