Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified) – Andover – Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools in Andover who are looking for motivated individuals to support teaching and learning starting ASAP.

The Role

As a Teacher (qualified or unqualified), you will:

  • Deliver pre‑prepared lessons to classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Build a calm, positive, and engaging learning environment
  • Maintain effective behaviour management in line with school policies
  • Support learners of varying abilities, including those with SEN or additional needs
  • Adapt to a range of subjects across the timetable
  • Inspire and encourage students to thrive academically and personally

This role offers excellent experience for graduates considering teacher training or individuals looking to grow within the education sector.

The Ideal Candidate

We would love to hear from individuals who:

  • Have experience working with secondary‑aged students (youth work, mentoring, tutoring, coaching, sports leadership, childcare etc.)
  • Are confident leading groups and managing behaviour
  • Can support students with SEN / additional learning needs
  • Communicate clearly and build strong relationships with young people
  • Are adaptable, proactive and passionate about supporting students
  • Want to pursue teaching as a long‑term career or gain essential school‑based experience

Qualified teachers, unqualified teachers and graduates from all subject backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
