Teachers (Qualified or Unqualified) – Andover – Immediate Start
Flexible, Part‑Time or Full‑Time Roles | Ideal for Graduates & Aspiring Teachers

The Role
As a Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified), you will:
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Maintain a focused, positive and productive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Support students across a variety of subjects
- Provide additional help to students with special educational needs or additional learning needs
- Encourage engagement, participation and high‑quality learning
This role gives you direct exposure to secondary teaching — perfect for building experience, developing confidence or stepping into a long‑term education career.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Experience working with secondary‑aged students (youth work, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering etc.)
- Confidence leading and supporting groups in a classroom setting
- The ability to support learners with SEN / additional needs
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Adaptability, resilience and enthusiasm for supporting young people
- A genuine interest in education, teaching or personal development
Qualified teachers and unqualified teachers are welcome to apply — graduates from any degree background encouraged.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
