The Role

As a Teacher (Qualified or Unqualified), you will:

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Maintain a focused, positive and productive classroom environment
• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Support students across a variety of subjects
• Provide additional help to students with special educational needs or additional learning needs
• Encourage engagement, participation and high‑quality learning

This role gives you direct exposure to secondary teaching — perfect for building experience, developing confidence or stepping into a long‑term education career.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Experience working with secondary‑aged students (youth work, coaching, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering etc.)
• Confidence leading and supporting groups in a classroom setting
• The ability to support learners with SEN / additional needs
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Adaptability, resilience and enthusiasm for supporting young people
• A genuine interest in education, teaching or personal development

Qualified teachers and unqualified teachers are welcome to apply — graduates from any degree background encouraged.
