Teaching Personnel is working closely with secondary schools in Andover seeking enthusiastic, adaptable Teachers to join their teams as soon as possible. The Role
As a Teacher, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering engaging, structured lessons across a variety of subjects
- Supporting students’ academic development and wellbeing
- Creating a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment
- Managing behaviour effectively in line with school expectations
- Working collaboratively with school teams to raise achievement
Roles are available for qualified teachers, unqualified teachers, and graduates who are keen to gain experience before progressing to teacher training.

- Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS) ready to start immediately
- Unqualified teachers with classroom experience or strong potential
- Graduates considering a career in teaching
- ECTs seeking development and support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
