Job Title: Teacher of Science

Salary: Negotiable

Start date: After Half term

Hours of work: Full time

Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of one of our partner schools in Nottingham. This school has been identified as one of the most improved school in the city. The school saw the highest number of students leaving in 2018 with pass rates in their GCSE's, this allowed them to access the highest level of college and FE courses.

This academy is part of a large, thriving trust that consists of 8 secondary and 9 primary schools.

As a teacher of Science in the academy you will have a key role in contributing to the success of the Science department. You will work closely with the department leads and SLT to continually grow and improve the department.

To succeed in this role, you will have proven skills to inspire and motivate both pupils and colleagues. You will be creative as well as inspirational and committed to your own professional development. You will be able to lead by example to make an immediate impact on the progress of pupils. Most of all you will love learning and want to recreate this in young people.

  • Full Teaching Qualification With Science Specialism
