***Teacher of Humanities (History, RE and/or Geography), Mainscale/UPS, needed for May or September start***
(with possibility of additional responsibility and TLR commensurate with skills and experience)
We working with a School who are "seeking to appoint an inspirational Teacher of Humanities to join a dedicated and collaborative team with a strong focus on securing progress for every student. The successful candidate will share our belief in the highest standards of academic attainment in a comprehensive setting. You will be responsible for leading and managing, planning and delivering high quality lessons and achieving excellent results for your students, instilling in them a love for the subject and a desire to learn. Applications are welcome from experienced and newly qualified teachers able to teach throughout the age and ability range. The academy offers an excellent induction for NQTs. The successful candidate will share our aspirations and beliefs in the limitless potential of every young person we serve. This partner Academy is a vibrant and dynamic learning community, teaching from KS3 up to KS5. Role requirements/responsibilities:
- Must be able to teach History, Geography or RE up to KS4
- Experience in teaching the UK curriculum
- The ability to, or interest in, teaching at KS5
