Teacher of Geography – Full-Time – Farnborough (January 2026 Start)

Teaching Personnel are supporting a welcoming and high-achieving secondary school in Farnborough, who are seeking a specialist Teacher of Geography to join their Humanities team from January 2026. This is a full-time position and an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong subject expertise to develop their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

  • Full-time Geography Specialist Teacher position starting January 2026
  • Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
  • Deliver high-quality, specialist Geography lessons that motivate and challenge students
  • Support curriculum planning, assessment, and departmental development
  • Work collaboratively within a strong Humanities team
  • Support learners of all abilities to reach their full potential

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A Geography specialist with strong subject knowledge
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) specialising in Geography
  • Ability to deliver inspiring and well-structured Geography lessons
  • Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to raising attainment and contributing to whole-school initiatives
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
